Disconnector unit SR852

Powerful relay for safe shutdown in zones 1 and 21

Features
  • Separation of non-intrinsically safe interface cables directly in the hazardous area in conjunction with a pressurized enclosure system
  • Ex e relay contacts: 8 or 16 galvanically isolated switching contacts that open when the control voltage is switched off
  • Safe switching: Opening of the contacts is ensured by two independent contact relays connected in series (corresponds to safety integrity level SIL 2)
  • Simple cascading: Any number of disconnector units can be cascaded using the double terminals 9/19 and 10/20 on the control side
  • Standard version with three cable glands, others optionally available (see also "> Cable gland configuration")
